  • My sourdough bread is made using organic artisan flour from Central Milling in Petaluma, California. Each batch is naturally leavened and fermented to create a mild, balanced flavor that lets the true character of the flour shine through.

    Minimum order is 4 loaves:

  • My croissant sourdough bread is made using organic artisan flour from Central Milling in Petaluma, California. Each batch is naturally leavened and fermented to create a mild, balanced flavor that lets the true character of the flour shine through. A croissant Sourdough bread has a crisp, buttery croissant like crust, with buttery, chewy interior. It’s like having the best of both worlds!

  • My focaccia is made with organic artisan flour from Central Milling in Petaluma, California. The dough is gently stretched and folded, enriched with high-quality olive oil and a light brine. topped with seasonal herbs, vegetables, or other flavorful ingredients. Creating bread that is fluffy, soft, and deep in flavor.

    My scones combine almond, oat, and sweet rice flour, giving them extra protein and a deep, nutty flavor. Sandwich breads made with millet flour are golden and nutty, perfect for hearty, flavorful sandwiches. And my almond chocolate cupcakes are so moist and rich, you’d think they’re loaded with butter — yet the almond flour lets the chocolate truly shine.
