Each class is hands-on, relaxed, and designed for all skill levels. Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned home baker, you’ll learn techniques you can use again and again.

    Menu: Focaccia Bread & Bread Sticks

    Learn to bake artisan-style focaccia from start to finish in just about 90 minutes. This beginner-friendly recipe is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy fresh, homemade bread without spending all day in the kitchen.

    You’ll learn the fundamentals of bread-making—from working with yeast and fermenting dough to shaping and baking the perfect golden, crispy crust. While the focaccia bakes, we’ll also make a quick, rustic, yeast-free breadstick using an old-fashioned method.

    Menu: Teff Flour Oatmeal Cookies & Millet Flour Meyer Lemon Poppy Seed Cake

    Discover the beauty of baking with ancient and alternative grains. We’ll start with hearty teff oatmeal cookies—thick, chewy, and filled with dark chocolate, raisins, nuts, molasses, and oats. Then, we’ll make a tender millet flour lemon poppy seed cake, where the nuttiness of millet complements the bright, citrusy flavor of lemon.

Then, we’ll make a velvety chocolate pot de crème—silky custard topped with a glossy surface that melts in every spoonful.
