    My scones combine almond, oat, and sweet rice flour, giving them extra protein and a deep, nutty flavor. Sandwich breads made with millet flour are golden and nutty, perfect for hearty, flavorful sandwiches. And my almond chocolate cupcakes are so moist and rich, you’d think they’re loaded with butter — yet the almond flour lets the chocolate truly shine.
